The new pearl of Alsace: domaine Kirrenbourg. The ambitious team led by winemaker Samuel Tottoli has been working hard in recent years to make wines that can compete with the absolute top of Alsace, and often even surpass them. The vineyards are rigorously biodynamic. In terms of winemaking, spontaneous fermentations and slow maturations are chosen that let the grape and the terroir speak for themselves.
Complex sparkling wine that lets the granite terroir speak for itself. Refined, elegant, and suitable for just about any festive occasion.
