The Frasca family's love for Piedmont and its world-renowned wines inspired their return to Italy. Their plan: to produce elegant, terroir-expressive wine in Nizza Monferrato. An encounter with winemaker Matteo Gerbi was the spark that made this vision a reality. Matteo's extensive experience at prestigious wineries (including GD Vajra & Bruno Giacoso) in the Langhe region helped chart a clear path. Today, Matteo leads a passionate team, pursuing the original vision with an eye to the future: to produce the finest wines you can find in Nizza.
With this La Veja, made from 90-year-old vines, Matteo proves that his ambitions are being met. Rich, structured, yet elegant: only the best winemakers can achieve this balance.
