Each bottle is inspired by an art movement — from impressionistically light-footed to expressionistically powerful — with a label that is just as expressive as the wine itself. A small exhibition in your glass, for those who like to drink with an eye for detail.
Cava? No, not that. But exceptionally high-quality méthode traditionelle at a very low price. The winemaker behind this project could not agree with the name Cava. Too many industrial bubbles have dragged the name & fame of this Spanish bubble through the mud. That is why this wine is not a cava; even though it comes from the heart of the original cava region.
The grapes are picked by hand and vinified without too much intervention. Then the second fermentation in the bottle is allowed to last for 2.5 years.
