Finally in Belgium! The best Bulgarian wine of 2018, according to Divino, Bulgaria’s leading wine magazine. And we can’t blame them. This is what you could call a natural wine: hand-picked grapes, skin maceration, spontaneous fermentation and no additions or filtering. Pure nature in your glass.
Deep orange-yellow color. Pronounced and complex aromas of dried fruits, marmalade, quince, rose oil, orange zest, apricot, pepper, curry and tea. Full in the mouth, intense, fruity and with a firm structure. Long finish.
