Hahnmühle Weissburgunder 2023
Organic viticulture, careful handicraft and top-quality wines are the core of the philosophy of this wine estate.
The upper part of the Oberndorfer Hang is the Feuersteinrossel: a very stony vineyard on red sandstone weathered soil. Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay grow here on over 1.5 hectares. The wines from this location are delicate and have a mineral touch. The Burgundian vines grow on stony and shallow weathered soil. The wines are lively and fresh with a subtle, fine Burgundian fruit.
