Borovitza Bouquet 2020
One of the successful crosses that Bulgarian scientists introduced after WWII. The heavy, somewhat rough mavrud was crossed with pinot noir, the epitome of finesse. This created a grape variety from which lighter to serious, fruity red wines are made. Always with a nice acidity and fine tannins.
This wine is made by means of spontaneous fermentation & is slowly matured in oak barrels.
