Pasji Rep

Pasji Rep is a small biodynamic winery in the Vipava Valley, Slovenia, run by the Premrn family (present generation: Samo) and known especially for reviving the near-extinct indigenous grape Zelen.  Their wines are made with minimal intervention (native yeasts, no chemicals), and the terroir—cool slopes, flysch soils, and the influence of the Burja wind—imparts elegant minerality and refined aromatics.

HGW Co

Heaps Good Wine Company is a small family-winery founded in 2010 by Marija and Nick Gee in Ritoznoj, Stajerska, eastern Slovenia, producing elegant, single-vineyard wines from varieties like Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Blaufränkisch.  They follow minimal intervention viticulture—no herbicides, no irrigation, spontaneous fermentations—so that each wine truly reflects the terroir of its site.

Gabernik23

Gabernik 23 is a boutique, family-run winery in Štajerska (Styria), Slovenia, led by Janko Bogatič who began bottling his own wines under the Gabernik 23 label in 2018 after many years working family vineyards.  They cultivate around 9 hectares near Ritoznoj, often using “unfashionable” grape varieties like Yellow Muscat and Zweigelt, and their winemaking is natural/minimal intervention (wild ferments, low sulphur) aiming for fresh, expressive wines with modest alcohol.

Hahnmühle

Hahnmühle in the Nahe region of Germany is a family-owned winery crafting elegant, expressive wines from Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Traminer, and Pinot Noir. Their organic vineyards yield rich, terroir-driven wines renowned for finesse and lasting flavor.

Slow Artisanal Wines

Slow Artisanal Wines is a small Slovenian project by friends Marko and Matija in Štajerska, crafting natural, minimal‑intervention wines that celebrate native grape varieties like Yellow Muscat. Their wines rely on spontaneous fermentation and extended skin contact, resulting in expressive, terroir-driven bottles full of character.

Tesch

Weingut Tesch, a historic family-owned winery in Langenlonsheim in Germany’s Nahe region, has been producing dry, terroir-driven Rieslings since 1723. Today led by Martin Tesch, the estate cultivates steep, slate-rich vineyards and focuses on crafting wines that combine precision, elegance, and expressive minerality. Signature bottlings such as the ‘Krone’ and ‘Kartäuser’ showcase the unique character of each site, earning acclaim from international critics and collectors alike.
