Borovitza Gamza Black Pack 2020
Gamza is a grape that is mainly grown in the cooler North of Bulgaria. Some call it the Bulgarian Pinot Noir. A comparison that is true in the case of Borovitsa.
In this single vineyard version we get somewhat darker, riper fruit and a more pronounced spiciness, still with that characteristic finesse of the grape. The tannin structure is also somewhat more present than in the basic version.
